Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital fulfillment operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of products to customers. You will be responsible for defining and documenting fulfillment processes, training team members, and monitoring service levels across fulfillment hubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital fulfillment operations to maximize efficiency and drive improvements across key processes and systems.
  • Define and document fulfillment processes, training and coaching team members to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor service levels across fulfillment hubs, ensuring orders are picked accurately and packaged to high standards.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care teams and occasionally customers to resolve issues swiftly within service agreements.
  • Transform data into insights through daily, weekly and monthly analysis, creating actionable recommendations that enhance customer experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A detail-oriented approach while maintaining sight of the bigger picture.
  • The ability to solve complex problems and find creative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to transform data and reports into clear, actionable insights that drive results.
  • At least 2-5 years' experience in digital fulfillment, preferably in an omni-channel environment.
  • A proven track record of driving continuous improvement in fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with freight and logistics standards and procedures.
  • Experience managing retail store fulfillment and Click & Collect.
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
