Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work on ecommerce initiatives that drive digital transformation and accelerate career growth.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing effective campaigns across platforms/marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, and Google.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement high-quality ecommerce campaigns that deliver results.
  • Manage operational tasks including budget pacing, competitive analysis, administration, and finance.
  • Oversee the work of offshore resources ensuring tasks are completed to deadline and with 100% accuracy.
  • Identify and implement optimisations as approved by clients using bid management and digital shelf analytics tools.
  • Leverage audit and scorecard frameworks to deliver digital shelf analysis and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Own performance process from Activate to Convert and work with senior managers to execute.
  • Manage reporting across PPC and DSP based platforms (Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Amazon Search Console, Amazon DSP, Trade Desk, DV360, SA360).
  • Ensure all budget lines of performance campaigns are set up correctly and paced to goals.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce working across paid search and eRetail/marketplace platforms.
  • Competent in digital planning and buying fundamentals with strong paid search/programmatic foundations.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Australian digital media landscape.
  • Intermediate to advanced certification of Google Ads (Paid Search) and Amazon Sponsored Ads.
  • Proficient in broader media planning tools (Roy Morgan, CX Tool, GWI) and Excel/Microsoft Office skills.
