Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide exceptional assistance to our office-based technology. As an onsite support engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all office devices by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

You will also contribute to preventative maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with IT teams to uphold a high standard of service within the office environment. Your excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a technical support role, preferably in an onsite environment supporting end-users
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking principles
  • Familiarity with audio-visual systems and meeting room technologies is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
