Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineering Lead to spearhead the implementation of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, and be proficient in designing scalable CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
  • Automate deployments, version control, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
  • Manage sandbox seeding and data deployments with a focus on security and integrity.
  • Execute production releases and resolve deployment-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance with DevOps best practices and security standards.
  • Stay current with Salesforce DevOps trends and maintain relevant certifications.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CLI, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Apex) and code quality focus.
  • Proven knowledge of OmniStudio, FlexCards, Integration Procedures.
  • DevOps certification preferred.
