
Staff Roster Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized individual to manage staff rosters, monitor leave trends, and provide guidance on employment agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain accurate staff rosters, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report unplanned leave patterns to senior management.
- Assist with special projects, including invoicing and reconciliation of returns.
- Maintain divisional training records and identify training needs for all employees.
- Manage equity requirements and associated budgets as outlined in relevant employment instruments.
- Process correspondence, statistics, and related returns in accordance with approved procedures and maintain necessary records.
- Provide guidance to employees on employment and bargaining agreement matters.
Addtional Responsibilities:
- May be required to support rostering functions at other locations, as directed and in line with operational requirements.
This position demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual who can effectively coordinate staff activities and ensure seamless operations.
