The Showroom Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of showroom operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 20 in all aspects of the Showroom's operation including sales, customer service, inventory and purchasing management.
- Develop and implement successful sales and service strategies.
- Manage and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and meet operational objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in retail management, showroom operations, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and service strategies.
- Ability to manage and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and meet operational objectives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
