Global Graduate Program

This program is designed to expose graduates to a global organization across multiple industries. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop while working on iconic construction, mining, mineral processing, services, and public-private partnership projects.

You will enter the program by working at one of our companies: CPB Contractors, Leighton Asia, Sedgman, UGL or EIC Activities. Opportunities are also available at CIMIC and Pacific Partnerships.

Over two years, you will experience two one-year rotations with placements in various roles and projects. This will give you the chance to build your career, expand your skill set, and enhance your leadership skills.

To be successful in this program, you will need to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Learn new skills and adapt quickly
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes and show initiative
  • Communicate proactively and effectively
  • Buid positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Relocate to various sites and projects, as required by program rotations
  • Think creatively and propose innovative solutions
