Global Mobility Specialist

The Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services team is responsible for helping clients harness the right people with the right capabilities in the right place and cost.

  • Mobility Transformation – Advising clients on evolving their global mobility functions, supporting implementation through strategic projects and secondments.
  • Assignment Management – Managing international and domestic move administration for clients by operating their mobility functions fully or partially.

This role is a hybrid position based in Brisbane, working flexibly with reduced hours. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor and key contact for international and domestic assignees.
  • Program Delivery & Collaboration: Liaise with onshore and offshore teams to support mobility advisory projects, optimize program design and implementation.
  • Strategic Support & Industry Awareness: Contribute to new business efforts, stay current with global mobility trends and compliance, and apply insights to improve client outcomes.

Required Skills And Qualifications include:
