Hotel Porter

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hotel porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service from the heart
  2. Participate in training and development programs
  3. Promote Accor Loyalty programs
  4. Recognize Loyalty members as Royalty
  5. Promote and up-sell hotel facilities
  6. Maintain high level of professionalism
  7. Ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality and room keys
  8. Maintain procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous Guest Service Agent/Porter/Valet experience in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to work rotating rosters including mornings, nights & weekend shifts
  • Computer literate
