Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Overview:

This role requires the coordination of office operations to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. Accurate records and reports must be maintained, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

This is a Permanent Part-Time position (38 hours p.f.) with the possibility of increasing to Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.). Our offer includes a competitive remuneration package up to $114,177 p.a., comprising salary between $90,832 - $100,071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%).
