Job Overview

This role plays a key part in delivering university transition activities, particularly the first year of the Future Skills programme, Navigate.

  • Designing and delivering resources and activities that support student transition into and through higher education.
  • Develop a foundational knowledge of the Kingston graduate attributes and understand how they prepare students for further stages of the Future Skills programme.
  • Support with the planning and delivery of other key transition-focused deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance student transition and success.

  • Design engaging and inclusive resources and sessions contextualised within different areas of study and tailored to diverse learning preferences.
  • Develop strong command of modern teaching methods and interactive technologies to support student learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop rapport and engage students, addressing behavioural challenges tactfully.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring high-quality outcomes with attention to detail.
