
Digital Ecommerce Strategist

We are seeking an experienced ecommerce professional to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the performance and functionality of our online platforms across various markets.
- Leadership and Team Management: Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture among your team members.
- Ecommerce Development Strategy: Own the development strategy, working with internal stakeholders and external tech partners to deliver impactful improvements.
- CRO and UX Optimisation: Drive conversion and user experience optimisation through analytics tools such as GA4, Shopify, Insightech, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Digital Merchandising: Ensure strong product visibility, navigation, and alignment with buying priorities and customer behaviours.
- Site Performance and Content Updates: Manage site performance, content updates, and functionality across all regional domains.
- Customer Journey: Optimise the customer journey across web and app, including search experience, email flows, and promotional campaigns.
- Logistics and Operations: Partner with logistics and operations to ensure seamless fulfilment, returns, and shipping integrations.
- Staying Ahead of Digital Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to ensure we remain competitive and customer-centric.
We are looking for someone with:
- Ecommerce Leadership Experience: 5+ years' experience in an ecommerce leadership role, ideally within a D2C retail or fashion brand.
- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify Plus and a solid understanding of third-party integrations and apps.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
- Analytical and Commercial Skills: Proficiency in web analytics, CRO tools, A/B testing, and UX optimisation strategies.
- Project Management: Experience managing development roadmaps, agency relationships, and delivering large-scale digital projects.
- Commercial Mindset: A sharp commercial mindset paired with deep customer empathy and insight.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Outstanding communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
