About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned strategist to spearhead our eCommerce growth marketing initiatives. As a Lead Strategist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that drive scalable, profitable growth for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and present strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Oversee the development and execution of cross-channel strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-converting, brand-aligned creative is deployed across relevant channels.
  • Budget Performance: Analyze and optimize budget allocation to maximize profitable growth.
  • Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support to drive results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and deliver aligned growth strategies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in eCommerce Paid Social strategy (DTC experience a plus).
  • A proven track record of driving results with $40k+/month ad budgets.
  • Marketing expertise in creative strategy, data analysis, and fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong understanding of key metrics such as MER, CLTV, and nCPA.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a client-centered mindset.
