Appliance Service Technician Position

Fisher & Paykel is seeking an Appliance Service Technician to cover Melbourne Metro and Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled technician with strong communication skills to provide premium customer service, repair appliances efficiently, and work effectively as part of our team.

  • Our technicians have access to industry-leading training, ensuring they stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality service repairs at customer residences or in the workshop.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge through regular training and manuals.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and collection processes.
  • Effectively manage stock levels and spare parts inventory within the van.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [X] years' experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
  • Current Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) is mandatory.
  • Relevant electrical and appliance repair qualifications; HVAC experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and technological skills are essential.
