Senior Project Manager Role Summary

This high-level position oversees the delivery of civil infrastructure projects within the Greater Sydney region. As a Senior Project Manager, you will bridge the gap between clients and contractors, leveraging your expertise in construction works contracts to ensure successful project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction activities and monitor key milestones;
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants;
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, environmental, and quality standards;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports;

A Civil Engineering degree or equivalent Diploma Level qualification is required, along with at least 4 years of experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions. Key skills include a deep understanding of civil engineering design, integration with utility servicing requirements, and adaptability to environmental constraints.
