About this Role

As a Senior Project Manager- Construction Superintendent, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and contractors. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical expertise and knowledge on construction works contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil infrastructure works under contract between the principal and contractor. They should also be able to prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership skills and drive to the table. You will be working across public and private sector developments, ensuring that projects are completed to design, quality and time expectations.

Key responsibilities include administering construction works, monitoring project milestones, liaising with contractors, clients and consultants, and ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards.

A degree in Civil Engineering or suitable Diploma Level qualification is required, along with a minimum of 4 years professional experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions.
