The Senior Project Manager role is a pivotal position that oversees the execution of construction projects. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill this critical role.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients and contractors, providing high-level technical expertise and knowledge on construction works contracts.

This includes:

  • Contract administration and quality assurance across multiple projects
  • Providing an independent point of contact and assessor of Works Under Contract (WUC) between the principal and contractor
  • Representing the client onsite, ensuring work is completed to design, quality, and time expectations under AS4000 and AS2124 contracts

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of civil infrastructure works under contract, including road, bulk earthworks intersection, pipe, and trunk drainage, and all other civil infrastructure works.

A Civil Engineering Degree or suitable Diploma Level qualification, with a minimum of 4 years' professional experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions, is essential. A Driver's Licence and White Card are also required.
