About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key part of our consulting team, you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the research and insight process, leading the research and insight process, designing, managing, and reporting on projects that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the research and insight process, designing and managing projects that deliver impactful results
  • Develop deep understanding of client organizations and challenge client perspectives and briefs
  • Build long-lasting relationships that deliver value to both parties
  • Translate complex findings into actionable insights and strategies
  • Work closely with clients and team members to understand and explore business issues and goals
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a commercial or agency environment
  • Expertise in research, marketing, statistical analysis, psychology, or social science fields
  • Ability to connect the dots and take interpretative leaps to put forward innovative ideas
  • Excellent knowledge of insights covering tracking, usage and attitude, brand and communication development, and innovation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
