About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Researcher to join our team as an Associate Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading high-profile clients end-to-end, elevating thinking, problem-solving, mentoring, and supporting new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver recommendations to c-suite decision makers who will see you as trusted advisors
  • Manage client accounts and proposal writing
  • Develop and implement advanced quantitative market research tools
  • Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer insights, quantitative research, and strong technical capabilities
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and proposal writing
  • Commitment to continual skills development
  • Deep fascination with consumer thinking and unearthing impactful insights
