We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a Home Matchmaker role. As a Leasing and Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the friendly face and driving force behind our leasing team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Hosting open homes and welcoming prospective tenants
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and applicants
  • Managing the end-to-end leasing process, including application processing and tenant selection
  • Assisting the property management team with entries, routine inspections, and tenancy admin tasks
  • Handling front-of-house duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing key loans
  • Providing sales administration and office assistance to support the broader team

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Sales Registration Certificate and current driver's licence
  • A genuine interest in learning and growing within real estate
