Key Role Summary

This is a critical role for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for matching tenants with suitable properties, working closely with clients and applicants to achieve this goal.

About the Position
  • The Leasing Consultant will be the key point of contact for tenants and applicants, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • They will work closely with the property management team to identify suitable properties and ensure that they are presented in the best possible light to potential tenants.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market and be able to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • They will also be responsible for hosting open homes, building relationships with clients and applicants, and managing the leasing process from start to finish.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hosting open homes to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Building relationships with clients and applicants to understand their needs and preferences
  • Managing the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements and conducting move-in/move-out inspections
  • Working closely with the property management team to ensure that properties are presented in the best possible light to potential tenants
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and applicants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for real estate and excellent communication skills
  • A thorough understanding of the local real estate market and its trends
  • Experience in property management or a related field would be highly desirable
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
