Assistant Property Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of residential properties.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our properties remain well-maintained and comply with local regulations. This includes conducting regular property inspections, handling tenant inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for processing tenancy applications with accuracy and efficiency. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be proactive in your approach to tenant and owner interactions, and have the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
