Job Opportunity: Become a matchmaker between tenants and properties.

This role combines real estate knowledge with strong communication skills to connect great tenants with the right properties. As part of our leasing and office admin team, you will provide practical support to the property management and sales departments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Hosting open homes and welcoming prospective tenants
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and applicants
  • Managing the end-to-end leasing process, including processing applications and tenant selection
  • Assisting the property management team with entries, routine inspections, and other tenancy admin tasks
  • Handling front-of-house duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing key loans
  • Providing sales administration and office assistance to support the broader team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Sales Registration Certificate and current driver's licence
  • A genuine interest in learning and growing within real estate
