About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the execution of strategic objectives across new and used vehicles, fleet & corporate, finance and insurance, and aftermarket. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth.

  • Develop and lead high-performing teams to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and service operations for cohesive business growth.
  • Implement strategic plans across all value streams, identifying innovative opportunities to meet customer needs.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience with a deep understanding of the industry.
