We are seeking an experienced Accounts Specialist to join our team in Parramatta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes;
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations timely and accurately;
  • Generate remittance advice's and chase debtors;
  • Enter data accurately into systems;
  • Liaise with parties and record contact made for invoice payment follow up;
  • Make queries on invoices or accounts and coordinate online or phone payments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in accounts management is required;
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Mature-minded attitude and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Skills in working with Microsoft Office programs.
