Job Title:
Business Accounts Specialist
We are seeking a Business Accounts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounts receivable operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with banking and allocations
- Conduct collection calls and written correspondence
- Prepare and distribute invoices
- Raise credit notes
- Account reconciliations
- Investigate account queries and unresolved issues
- New account set up
- Prepare reports
- Review current processes and systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts management and collections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in SAP
