Job Title: Regional Fleet Controller

SIXT Australia is seeking a skilled Regional Fleet Controller to join our team at Sydney Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal availability of vehicle assets in your dedicated region.

Reporting to the National Fleet Asset Manager, your primary objective will be to exert maximum control over expenses and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. This role involves ensuring the safety and quality of SIXT vehicles, guaranteeing that our product meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet allocation and franchise coordination: Plan, communicate, and manage fleet and business unit movements to ensure alignment with customer demand.
  • Coordination of fleet repair, warranty, and maintenance: Collaborate with operations team members to manage fleet upkeep, ensuring all data is recorded within the COBRA system and for internal reporting.
  • Fleet deliverables and disposals: Manage the onboarding and offboarding of fleet in accordance with customer demand.
  • Fleet information systems and data proficiency: Manage fleet availability through data trends and monthly reviews.
  • Operational support: Provide advice, fleet knowledge, and input on projects/trials to support our operational team.
  • Ensure communication and collaboration with operational team members when implementing changes and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Data skills and IT proficiency with a willingness to expand capability.
  • Confidence in decision-making that supports key fleet strategic objectives.
  • Adaptive work ethic and the ability to work with change.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full Driver's License.

Travel is required for this role on occasion.
