We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Marketing and Fundraising Business Partner to assist the Marketing and Fundraising Manager in delivering against the specified targets and priorities articulated in the Newcastle Anglican Marketing plan.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of Brand, Communications & Marketing divisions strategic and operational objectives identified in yearly operational plans.
- Liaise with the Brand, Marketing, Communications & Customer Experience Leadership Team to ensure deliverables align with the Diocesan Strategic Directions.
- Establish mechanisms for the capture and review of benchmarking data, client feedback and other program quality data.
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate brand, marketing, fundraising and event projects.
- Design and order marketing materials for various stakeholders across the business.

- Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change, and effectively manage projects.
- Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Project management experience that is complimented with your strong administration skills
- Graphic Designer skills would be seen as an advantage and compliment your skillset
- Current Class c drivers' licence
- A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)
- National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
