Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate domestic research roadshows, including managing dates, creating invitations, and arranging logistics.
- Plan and execute offshore non-deal and deal roadshows, both in-person and virtually.
- Manage results season logistics, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Coordinate corporate roadshows, both in-person and virtually.
- Organize internal and client-facing events, including company desk briefings, industry expert events, research analyst briefings, and relationship-building events.
- Liaise with offshore teams to coordinate global conferences.
- Manage domestic conferences, including venue selection, contracts, keynote speakers, and corporate meeting management.
- Maintain and update daily and weekly corporate access calendars.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience with client tracking and event databases is a plus.
- Understanding of virtual event platforms.
