Transmission Infrastructure Lead

We operate a vast network of high-voltage transmission lines and substations across NSW and the ACT, connecting generators to the distribution network and powering homes, businesses, and communities.

This role involves leading critical technical outcomes that will underpin the development of a resilient, renewable-powered transmission network.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering design, regulatory compliance, and strategic asset management to ensure infrastructure meets the needs of tomorrow.

  • Leading end-to-end engineering integration across transmission line and substation design
  • Managing and reviewing pre/post-designs to ensure compliance, quality, and alignment with regulatory frameworks
  • Facilitating workshops and technical review sessions to resolve interface issues between design, construction, and asset management teams
  • Supporting decision-making by balancing technical feasibility, risk, and commercial priorities
  • Overseeing design tracking, technical assessments, and completion readiness to support timely project delivery
