Job Title: Construction Supervisor

The school is seeking a skilled and experienced construction supervisor to oversee transmission pole construction, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards.

About the Role
  • Supervise the installation of transmission poles, verifying alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage conductor stringing activities, including helicopter-assisted operations, ensuring precise execution, safety, and coordination with aviation teams.
  • Enforce strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, particularly for high-risk activities involving helicopters and elevated work.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the project manager or relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Valid driver's license and current National Police Clearance.
  • OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
