Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site budgets, accounting, and finance, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
  • Manage maintenance and operations, contract services, procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies, and occupancy services.
  • Partner with the client and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class facilities management services.
  • Lead the facilities management team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in facilities, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and meeting performance standards.
