About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to provide care and support to individuals in the community with various needs including physical and mental disabilities, learning disabilities, and elderly care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with accessing community resources and services
  • Provide emotional and social support to clients, engaging in conversation and social activities
  • Assist clients with mobility and transferring, using mobility aids if necessary
  • Support clients with meal planning, preparation, and feeding if required
  • Assist clients with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings
