Job Title: Support Worker

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to assist clients with various daily activities.

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support clients with mobility issues, such as walking, transferring, and using the bathroom
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, following dietary guidelines
  • Accompany clients on outings, providing companionship and support

As a Support Worker/Carer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community)
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • A National Police Clearance Certificate
  • An Australian Driver's Licence
  • A Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • A Smartphone
