Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Child and Family Counsellor to provide mental health triage, risk assessment, and referral allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, triage, and crisis support for clients
- Allocate follow-up care and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless client care
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker or Psychologist with experience in mental health triage, crisis assessment, or similar roles
- Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
- Ability to work comfortably delivering care and referrals over the phone
