
Dynamic Corporate Administrative Support Professional

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Office Administrator/PA to provide exceptional support to our directors in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our headquarters, overseeing IT administration, managing back-office tasks, liaising with suppliers, organizing travel arrangements, booking meeting rooms and stationery, and providing backup support for accounts and finance.
We require a candidate with at least 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess energetic, efficient, proactive, and excellent prioritization skills, advanced Microsoft Office and CRM skills, and experience in facilities management and IT support is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring HQ operations run efficiently
- Managing IT administration and back-office tasks
- Liaising with suppliers and procurement administration
- Organizing travel arrangements and bookings
- Booking meeting rooms, catering, and welcome visitors
- Providing backup support for accounts and finance
