Corporate Legal Assistant Job Description
">- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic Corporate team as a Corporate Legal Assistant. This role will provide essential administrative support to corporate authors, ensuring the smooth functioning of the practice group.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing accurate work.
As a Corporate Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing authors' diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, assisting with billing, preparing and formatting documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence for corporate transactions, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely reminders for upcoming events and tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to corporate authors;
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Assisting with billing and financial transactions;
- Preparing and formatting documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence;
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders;
- Ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups;
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software;
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;
