Job Title:
Administration Support Professional
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Administration Support Professional to provide exceptional support to our Family Services department.
This is a key role within our team, responsible for providing administrative support to staff, responding to queries from the public, families and staff, as well as performing a range of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to Family Services staff, including those located off-site;
- Assisting with purchasing equipment and other acquisitions;
- Taking minutes of committee meetings and community consultation sessions as required;
- Preparing reports, correspondence, agendas, minutes and presentations for the department;
- Attending to customer service enquiries in a clear and professional manner;
- Coordinating records management systems and creating databases.
Several years' experience in administration, highly developed interpersonal skills, and experience coordinating records management systems, preparing reports, correspondence and presentations, conducting research, and holding a current Working with Children Check.
