We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly financial reconciliations, journal entries and project costs
  • Assist with annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and accurate financial reporting
  • Provide partner and JV reporting on project expenditures
  • Collaborate with external consultants to ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor cash flow and ledger accuracy
  • Support financial settlements with analysis and tracking
  • Prepare capital calls and drawdown notices as required
  • Contribute to process improvements across finance and reporting functions
  • Ensure timely delivery of all internal and external financial reports
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified with CPA or CA (or working towards)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, preferably within property development or financial services
  • Strong technical accounting skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Proactive, commercially astute and solutions-focused
