Administration Support Officer

We are a busy children's therapy practice seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our team. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to our friendly therapy team, assist with coordinating client appointments and transactions, process invoices and update databases.

The role involves keeping our database up-to-date, providing phone support to clients, including onboarding them into our practice and updating therapist diaries. Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme is beneficial as you will be providing information to clients and coordinating calendars.

As a team player, you will work closely with administration support officers and report directly to the Practice Manager and Company Director. You must be well-presented, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy environment.

This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking skills. You will need to be able to work independently and complete duties efficiently. Our software platforms will be fully supported, but experience using apps and platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate client records.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients.
  • Support the team with various administrative duties.
  • Opening and closing the clinic.
  • Transactions, including emailing invoices and receipts.

Essential Criteria:

  • Certificate III or above in office administration/business or similar work experience.
  • Experience processing and reconciling invoices.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
