Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our clinical team as a Registered Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

  • Care for patients with acute care needs and geriatric syndromes in a 12+ bed unit that provides 24/7 General Medical care for older persons.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical, nursing, and allied health professionals, to provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing support to patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with patients, their carers, and other healthcare professionals.
