Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Global Mobility Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mobility tax support, cross-border strategy and innovation, and tax reporting and compliance expertise.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Mobility Tax Support: Deliver end-to-end tax advisory and compliance solutions focused on employee mobility, supporting HR, payroll, and other teams throughout the assignment lifecycle.
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory challenges for business travellers, provide strategic guidance on cross-border remote work, and contribute to global workforce planning through innovative mobility solutions.
  • Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise: Offer expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting, assess individual tax residency, prepare tax returns and equalization settlements, and ensure compliance across employment tax categories including audit readiness and governance.

Skill and Attributes for Success
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Bring extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrate strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combine strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
