Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Schedule Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of program planning and control frameworks, including work breakdown structures and integrated master plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, government compliance audits, and earned value management systems. You will also need to possess hands-on expertise with Master Planning/Scheduling in MS Project or Open Plan, as well as experience working with Department of Defense clients.

As a Schedule Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing resource-loaded integrated master schedules (IMS) in support of proposal projects, as well as maintaining resource-loaded IMS and forecasting.

You will also conduct DCMA 14-point analysis and other related schedule health/wellness checks, as well as maintain resource and earned value management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (Work Breakdown Structure / Integrated Master Plan)
  • Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) - in support of Proposal Projects
  • Develop / Baseline Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) - in support of Post Award Projects
  • Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule Integration
  • Maintain Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and forecasting
  • Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and other related schedule health/wellness checks
  • Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs)
  • Maintain Resource and Earned Value Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis
