Construction Leadership Opportunity

A leading organisation seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee high-rise residential and commercial projects in Shell Cove.

The successful candidate will operate sites with a best practice approach to health and safety, manage staff effectively, and ensure all suppliers and subcontractors follow safe work practices.

  • Formulate and implement site programmes to meet project targets.
  • Manage site activities for maximum productivity, including materials and construction resources.
  • Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and site labour.
  • Maintain quality assurance while ensuring building compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications, such as Cert IV in Building & Construction, knowledge of legislation and regulations, and experience working on large-scale projects.
