Job Title: Site Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and achieving set objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Assist in managing branch operations, labour resources, and vehicle fleet to achieve service goals.
  • Lead by example and participate in removals when required.
  • Manage and lead operations personnel to ensure adherence to standard procedures.
  • Plan, manage, and review fleet maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Manage operational costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven organizational and planning ability.
  • Able to liaise effectively with sales, admin, and operational teams.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • An HR driving license is a must.
  • Outstanding customer service focus.
  • Supervision and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics is highly desirable.
  • Leadership experience is a significant advantage.
  • Industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
