Site Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our on-site project teams in the delivery of diverse fitout and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of championing a safety-first culture, managing day-to-day activities, and maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with EHSQ requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day on-site activities from site establishment to handover and defect rectifications.
  • Maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and manage the delivery of quality work.
  • Develop and schedule programmes in conjunction with the Project Manager.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the client, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build high-performing teams and maintain strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of Procore and MS Project (handy but not essential).
