
Business Operations Coordinator

The successful candidate will work closely with schools to ensure the smooth delivery of academic programs and initiatives.
A key focus will be coordinating quality teachers' practical assessments (QTPA) and masters programs, supporting student progression, and assisting with school events.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level support and advice across a broad range of administrative activities in support of the schools that contributes to the academic endeavors.
- Support school-based events;
- Enhance processes using a continuous improvement and best practice ethos;
- Create an outstanding customer experience in line with the imperatives of the university strategic plan.
Effective communication is crucial for this role. You should have the ability to clearly explain processes and produce accurate, well-structured documents.
Requirements:- Completion of a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education or training;
- Extensive experience providing customer-focussed administrative support including setup and management of complex scheduling scenarios;
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to respond to and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders;
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures;
- Experience in organizing and supporting events;
- Excellent computer literacy with the ability to use databases, Microsoft 365 applications such as Share Point, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and quickly learn new systems/packages/processes;
- Maintenance of confidentiality and handling sensitive matters discreetly are essential components of this role.
