Senior Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets by quoting, booking, and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
- Ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded, while maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information
- Supporting and handling walk-in, email, and telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
- Maximising sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
About You:
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing environment with a strong focus on sales and target-driven results
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry, preferably with Global Distribution System (GDS) experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and organised individual with excellent time management skills
