Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical sales support and develop systems to optimise our technical capabilities.

• You will work closely with product managers to develop and implement systems, processes, and programs to meet business requirements.
• You will create and deliver technical training materials and programs to enhance knowledge and capabilities of staff.
• You will assist with technical publications and maintain a detailed product specifications database.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who have worked in equipment hire companies, construction, industrial, or DIY tools, or those with hands-on experience or technical product service expertise.

• Manage day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnostic, and technical support through direct contact with stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, maintain records, and coordinate improvements for technical problems and emerging concerns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key technical personnel across brands and suppliers domestically and internationally.
