In this position, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver tailored employment services. You will identify and secure employment opportunities for individuals, support them in developing skills to become job-ready, and provide quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Supporting participants in identifying skills to become job-ready
  • Delivering quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhancing participants' employability through training and support service referrals
  • Developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups

We are looking for someone who is driven and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to challenges. If you have experience in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, we encourage you to apply.

To be considered, you must have:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
